CHARLOTTE — Investigators responded to the scene of a homicide Wednesday night where two people were found dead in an apartment on Brickleberry Lane in northeast Charlotte, CMPD said.
According to police, 59-year-old David Victor Bruce and 40-year-old Julia Rena McManus were found dead at the Thornberry Apartments off West Mallard Creek Church Road near North Tryon Street.

There were no signs of forced entry and police are not looking for any suspects.
