LANCASTER, S.C. — A second person has been arrested in connection with a 17-year-old's shooting death in Lancaster last week.

Travis Belk, 25, is charged with murder.

An investigation determined that Belk and Blackmon were passengers in Clinton's car last Friday when Belk began firing a gun at another person on East Arch Street, but also fired a shot that hit Blackmon, police said.

Police said that Clinton withheld information from investigators in an effort to conceal Belk's involvement in the shooting.

Belk was arrested Thursday after he was located by deputies from the Chester County Sheriff's Office and taken into custody.

Clinton turned himself in Friday to the Lancaster Police Department.

Both men were denied bond.

Authorities believe more charges in the case are possible.
