Local teen competes on 'Jeopardy!'; 'Greatest of All-Time' tournament airs on Channel 9

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A local teenager says it was exhilarating to compete on “Jeopardy!”.

Teagan O’Sullivan is a student at Ardrey Kell High School and recently competed in “Jeopardy’s Teen Tournament.”

O’Sullivan admits it was overwhelming to be on set, seeing where they compete and, of course, meeting Alex Trebek.

“It was like my mind opened a whole different world,” O’Sullivan said. “I snapped into ‘Jeopardy-mode’ and answering questions. I wasn’t focused on anything else.”

O’Sullivan’s episodes were recorded and will air on television on a later date.
