CONCORD, N.C. — The Concord Police Department is asking for help locating a missing 27-year-old man believed to be suffering from a cognitive impairment.
Police say Kristin Timon Lynch has been missing since midnight.
He was last seen wearing a Carolina blue hoodie, black sweatpants and no shoes.
