NORTH CAROLINA — The North Carolina State Highway Patrol said it's hard to enforce road rage laws.
This comes after a video surfaced of a road rage fight from Carteret County earlier this week.
Teens in the truck said the man drove aggressively behind them for about 40 minutes.
The teens got out and both parties started fighting. The man in the SUV pulled a gun and later shot into the truck.
The victim's talked about the ordeal on camera Wednesday.
The man who pulled the gun and his wife have been charged in the case.
Troopers said about 145 drivers have been ticketed for road rage.
But they said it's tough to catch drivers because the incidents happen so quickly.
