New airline rules are set to take effect this fall

CHARLOTTE — From hassle-free refunds to baggage fee disclosures, airlines are rolling out new rules this fall that should make flying easier for millions of travelers.

Our sister station KIRO talked to Kevin Brasler from the nonprofit Consumers’ Checkbook who says big changes are coming with how airlines handle delays and cancellations.
