CHARLOTTE — A newly built home in Foxcroft carried Mecklenburg County’s heftiest residential price tag in January, selling for $5.85 million.
Built in 2022 by Charlotte-based Chiott Custom Homes, the modern-style residence on Pelham Lane spans 7,765 square feet with five bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms. It sits on nearly an acre.
About 3 miles north, closer to uptown, a couple of units in an Eastover condo building also made it on the January roundup of the county’s most expensive home sales.
Each month, American City Business Leads, a division of CBJ parent company American City Business Journals, pulls Mecklenburg County’s top home deeds based on sale price. Check out the rest of the top 10 here.
