MECKLENBURG COUNTY, N.C. — A new organizational structure will be put in place Monday at the Mecklenburg County Health Department.
Commissioners have been reviewing who oversees the agency.

Channel 9 has investigated controversies at the health department for months.
In February, the health department admitted 185 women were never notified about abnormal pap smear results.
When Channel 9 asked for information about the failure, the county mistakenly released the private information of 2,000 patients.
