BOONE, N.C. — Investigators said 47-year-old Jeffrey Luttrell of Boone had child pornography on his computer.
Luttrell has been charged with four counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
He was jailed under $35,000 bond and is set to appear in court next week.
