CHARLOTTE — The Carolina Panthers are hosting the 2026 Keep Pounding High School Classic presented by Belk on Saturday.
The doubleheader opens at 4 p.m. with a matchup between the Indian Land Warriors and the Northwestern Trojans, followed by the Cardinal Gibbons Crusaders taking on the Hough Huskies at 8 p.m.
The annual event showcases high school football programs from across North Carolina and South Carolina. General admission tickets for the doubleheader are $8 and are available through Ticketmaster.com.
Youth recognition at the event is backed by a multiyear agreement between the Panthers and Whataburger. The restaurant chain sponsors the “Whataburger Player of the Game” award, which returns for a second consecutive year.
The “Whataburger Player of the Game” awards will be presented during on-field trophy ceremonies immediately following the conclusion of each matchup.
