LANCASTER COUNTY, S.C. — Officials said a man was killed in Lancaster County after a tree and power pole fell on his truck Friday afternoon.
Emergency crews and firefighters responded to the scene on Small Street near Springdale Road.
The Lancaster County coroner said Joe Humphries, 57, was driving down the road when the tree and power pole fell during the storm.
Officials said power lines were on the truck and Duke Energy crews removed them.
No other details have been released.
