HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. — Inizio Pizza Napoletana expects to open its Huntersville location in the week ahead.
It is targeting a Monday opening for that 2,900-square-foot space at Birkdale Landing, at the corner of Sam Furr Road and Birkdale Commons Parkway.
That retail and office project is located across from Birkdale Village. Other restaurants planned for Birkdale Landing include Shake Shack, First Watch and Firebirds.
