The Wells Fargo Championship will not only have a big economic impact, but the traffic impact will be felt all week as well.

Glen Eagles Road will close between Quail Hollow Road and Park Road starting Monday from 6:30 a.m. until 7 p.m. daily.

Drivers will have to use Sharon Road as an alternate route for the remainder of the week.

Since onsite parking will not be allowed, there are several options for getting to the tournament.

The Lynx Blue Line will be free for ticket holders, but shuttles will only be available from the Sharon Road West and South Boulevard daily from 5:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

There will be no tournament parking at the Sharon Road West Station.

A complimentary uptown Charlotte shuttle service will run Monday through Sunday from 5:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. from the Charlotte Convention Center at the Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard entrance.

There's another shuttle from Carowinds that will run all week.

Starting Thursday, another free shuttle service will run from the All-American Pub on Bland Street by the light rail.

For Uber riders, there is a drop-off and pick-up location on Gleneagles Road close to the entrance gate.
