CHESTER, S.C. — Police arrested Robert Graham, 17, Friday in connection with the killing of 16-year-old Shyhein Kennedy Wednesday on Pinckney Street, according to a news release from the Chester Police Department.
Graham was charged with murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
He is in custody at the Chester County Detention Center.
