CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department officials said they have charged a man with felony indecent liberties with a child after an incident that occurred at a Charlotte Walmart.
Rayshawn James, 26, was arrested after approaching a 15-year-old boy in the Walmart on North Tryon Street, officials said.
The victim reported the incident Wednesday, officials said.
