YORK, S.C. — Officers cited four people with DUI during an enforcement effort over the weekend, York police said.
Police said additional officers worked from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. overnight Saturday. Several other citations and warnings were issued, but DUIs were the main objective, police said.
Officials said the York Police Department plans to try to have at least one DUI saturation effort per month in an attempt to crack down on DUIs within the city of York.
