MCCONNELLS, S.C. — Deputies said a Rock Hill man drowned when his boat flipped over.
Officers said two men were fishing on a private pond in McConnells Saturday afternoon.
One man was able to swim to shore, but Ramon Gordon did not make it.
The York dive team found his body 40 minutes later.
