ROCK HILL, S.C. — Rock Hill police arrested the third and final suspect in the city's first homicide of the year.
Abdul Emmanual turned himself in to police Tuesday.
Michael Giddens was shot multiple times Friday at a home off Cedar Grove Lane.
Police already arrested two teenagers, Maurice Burris and Dontavioin White, in the murder.
