SALISBURY, N.C. — The Salisbury Mall is now listed on an online auction site.
Auction.com has the starting bid for the 27-year-old mall is listed at $1.5 million.
Bidding is scheduled to start at the end of next month.
The mall has been in foreclosure for years.
The owner, Salisbury Mall Associates, defaulted on the loan and owed $19.7 million.
