Steph Curry to produce show about retired NBA player returning to Charlotte

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte native and NBA All-Star Steph Curry is getting ready to produce another TV show.

This time, it is a comedy about a retired NBA basketball player who returns to Charlotte.

Forbes reports the retired player buys a car wash and works to rekindle relationships with family and friends.

Charlotte is Steph's hometown and his father Dell is a retired NBA player.

Curry will work with Will Arnett to produce the show.

Curry also produced the ABC sports competition show "Holey Moley." He has a few other projects in the works, including a documentary about the 2015 Charleston church shooting.
