CHARLOTTE — A 17-year-old is in custody after a shooting last week inside the Walmart Callabridge Court in northwest Charlotte, the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department said.
Xavier Tirado is being held on a $25,000 secured bond.
He attempted to kill a 17-year-old male, and he assaulted a woman with a firearm, according to an arrest warrant. Tirado also caused damage to the self-checkout register, display items, and Walmart’s vision center.
