CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Crowds filled the Spectrum Center uptown to cheer on their favorite teams at the CIAA Tournament, and security spread out across uptown to make sure everyone stays safe.
We asked one fan what she thinks about the tournament moving to Baltimore next year.
“You know, things change,” fan Sharon Judkins said. “We're going to Baltimore. We're gonna do the same thing. We're gonna have a good time. That's what HBCUs do. We know how to make it wherever we are. That's what we do.”
Championships are on the line Saturday afternoon at the Spectrum Center for the final day of the tournament.
