The U.S. government is trying to crack down on alleged resale ticket schemes.
The Justice Department is suing ticket broker Reps and Company, accusing it of buying more than 18 million tickets and making $120 million reselling them.
The suit says thousands of accounts, or bots, were used to bypass ticket limits.
This comes as fans continue to face sky-high resale prices.
“We were then hit with three times the amount of bot traffic than we had ever experienced,” said Live Nation President Joe Berchtold.
Reps has not publicly responded to the lawsuit.
Congress banned ticket bots years ago. The law calls for fines up to $53,000 each time a broker exceeds ticket limits.
