CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Charlotte Parade of Homes is back for another year.
The Home Builders Association of Greater Charlotte’s annual tour of new homes across the area will take place during the first three weekends in October. Those interested in visiting some of the region’s newest homes can do so beginning Friday through Sunday, Oct. 12-14 or Oct. 19-21.
This year, 61 homes spanning more than four dozen communities and 18 homebuilders will be featured. Participating homebuilders are Adams Homes; Alan Simonini Homes LLC; Arthur Rutenberg Homes; Avencia Homes; Bonterra Builders; Epcon Communities; Essex Homes; Fielding Homes; Grandfather Homes; Kolter Homes; Meritage Homes; Niblock Homes; Saussy Burbank; Shea Homes; Smith Douglas Homes; Taylor Morrison; Terrata Homes; and Toll Brothers.
Home prices on this year's tour run the gamut, ranging from $280,000 to $1 million and higher. A sampling can be viewed in this photo gallery.
“The Parade of Homes showcases new homes with the latest design features, colors and materials,” said Kathryn Lewis, executive vice president of the association.
