LAKE NORMAN, N.C. — A developer’s plans to bring dozens of Lake Norman townhomes were stopped because of concerns about traffic.
Blue Hill Development wanted to put 39 townhomes and a commercial building on Williamson Road just north of Sundown Road.
Last week, Mooresville commissioners voted against annexing and extending utilities to the project.
