CONCORD, N.C. — Gibson Mill Market is adding wood-fired pizza to the menu. Meadow’s Woodfired has inked a deal for the Concord food hall, part of a 653,000-square-foot, historic mill site at 325 McGill Ave. NW.
This marks a second location for the Mooresville-based brand, expanding its footprint in the region.
“We believe that Gibson Mill is on a trajectory to become one of the foremost casual family dining destinations in the Concord and Kannapolis area,” says restaurant owner Nikki Ketring.
Expect Meadow’s to offer wood-fired pizza, subs, salads, and other Italian-inspired fare. Signature pizzas are available in 10- or 16-inch sizes, with the Funghi, Meatza and Salsicccia among customer favorites. Another standout is the Spicy Pickle Pizza, which marries chicken sausage and dill pickles with Calabrian chili and hot honey.
Subs include wood-fired meatball or spicy Italian.
