YORK COUNTY, S.C. — York County Manager Josh Edwards announced his decision to step down Monday night.
He took the position a little over two years ago.
In a statement, the county called it a mutual agreement to part ways.
Former County Manager Jim Baker has been appointed as interim. He starts Monday.
