ROCK HILL, S.C. — Police said they shot and killed a pit bull after it attacked a Rock Hill man in York County Monday morning on Reynolds Street.
Police received reports the dog bit a woman four times on her arms, thigh and stomach.
Investigators arrested the owner, Tiki Marquez, after they say she lunged after the officer, screaming when the dog was shot and killed.
