Residents in Atlantic Beach prepare for Dorian, still struggling from Florence

ATLANTIC BEACH, N.C. — States of emergency and evacuation orders have been issued up and down the coast.

In Atlantic Beach, folks who are still dealing with the pain of Hurricane Florence are now getting ready for Dorian.

"There are still homes of people less fortunate, and they are suffering, still not in their homes, waiting for contractors,” resident Patrick Dolan said.
