According to the Star Tribune, police said the chase began when Brian J. Quinones drove through a red light in Edina and fled when officers tried to pull him over. Quinones broadcast live video to his Facebook page as police pursued him through Edina and Richfield, the newspaper reported.

The chase came to an end about 12 minutes after Quinones started filming, when police stopped his car with a PIT maneuver in Richfield, the Star Tribune reported.
