The "Primetime" series takes provocative situations and watch to see what people will do when they witness certain things. Will they step in when a man attempts to take home a young woman that is too intoxicated to protect herself? Another scenario shows a mother, fed up with her children's behavior, forcing her children out of the car and telling them to walk home. See how onlookers react and ask yourself that all important question – what would you do in that situation?
