Storms impacted Statesville Sunday afternoon.
MONDAY: The front lingers for Monday, bringing more scattered showers and possibly some storms. Some of the storms could be on the stronger side, especially across western North Carolina. Temperatures will be warmer than average, with highs in the mid to upper 70s for Monday and Tuesday.
NEXT WEEK: We will see more sunshine Wednesday before rain chances return again Thursday and Friday.
