FORECAST: Cold and rainy Wednesday to give way to snowflakes

FORECAST:

  • We could face a cold and rainy Wednesday that may end up with a few snowflakes from late Wednesday into Thursday.
  • Scattered showers will develop in the morning tomorrow and be on and off through the day.
  • Meanwhile, clouds and rain will keep temps locked in the low 40s.
  • Later in the evening tomorrow, as the storm moves on and cold air lingers in, we could have a few snowflakes.
  • At worst, a dusting to an inch could cover the I-40 corridor.
  • A dusting of snow will be possible on the northern side of the Metro, but minimal impacts other than travel are forecast for Thursday morning.
