A Charlotte-based organization that connects veterans and their families, in any state of transition, to the community.

Through our network of partners, we help veterans navigate employment, create social connections and settle their families. In addition to these resources, Veterans Bridge Home can help find affordable housing for vets and their families.

Community Link helps homeless individuals and families find and keep rental housing, and offers assistance to homeowners facing foreclosure. It also provides a relocation service for those facing domestic violence, human trafficking, or a medical crisis.

Transitional/Supportive Housing - Homeless men and women receive full time supportive housing for up to one year for the purpose of overcoming the issues that perpetuate their homelessness.
