CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Dozens of events are planned for the U.S. National Whitewater Center’s Tuck Fest, a three-day outdoor festival.
This will be the first year for the event, which is set for April 19, 20 and 21.
It features seven live bands and more than 20 activities and races throughout the weekend, including a family obstacle race, a 10K trail race, a stand-up paddleboard competition and a riverboard endurance race.
The festival recognizes the Tuckaseegee Ford and Tuckaseegee Trail, a historical landmark located at the center.
