CHARLOTTE, N.C.,None — Amtrak expanded its service between Charlotte and Raleigh beginning Saturday.
The company added two additional trains to travel between the cities each day. One train was added to the morning routes and one was added to the evening routes.
The additional trains bring the total number of passenger trains operating between Charlotte and Raleigh to six.
