CONCORD, N.C.,None — A Concord pastor will spend 30 years on the sex offender registry after pleading guilty to taking indecent liberties with children.
Doug Shell was given a suspended sentence and put on parole for the next three years.
Shell was an associate pastor at the Frist Assembly Christian School.
He no longer works for the school.
