CHARLOTTE — An elderly man was rushed to the hospital Monday morning with serious burns, Charlotte Fire investigators said.
It happened at a home on Conner Ridge Lane.
MEDIC said the patient’s injuries are life-threatening.
According to Charlotte Fire, the fire started on the stove. Investigators say he could have been suffering from a medical condition or sleep walking when he set himself on fire.
