IREDELL COUNTY, N.C. — One person died in a fire that happened late Thursday night in a rural area north of Statesville.
The fire happened just before 11 p.m. on Roper Circle, according to the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office.
The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office said the Fire Marshall’s Office is investigating the fire, so no further information would be released.
The victim hasn’t been identified yet.
It’s also not clear what started the fire, we’re working on getting more information.
