Police confirmed a 15-year-old student has been charged in a brutal fight Monday at East Mecklenburg High School.
Investigators said the female student is charged with assault on school personnel.
Channel 9 obtained the video Monday afternoon.

The video shows a chaotic scene in the school’s hallway with what appears to be a staff member trying to break up the fight.
“When I graduated out of here, the students had more discipline and students wouldn't go against teachers like that,” former student Juan Luna said.
Channel 9 reached out to CMS leaders about the incident and they said they are checking into it.
