2 men charged after sexually assaulting woman in SC, police say

HANAHAN, S.C. — Police in South Carolina said two men were arrested and charged after they allegedly sexually assaulted a woman on Monday, our news partner WCIV reported.

Authorities said Dutch Stevenson and Austin Moore bought alcohol and gave it to the victim, who became “mentally incapacitated and physically helpless due to being highly intoxicated.”

Stevenson and Moore then sexually assaulted the victim despite her telling them to stop several times, according to police.

Both men have been charged with third degree criminal sexual conduct. Stevenson is facing three counts while Moore is facing one.
