2 wounded people arrive at University City hospital, police say

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police are investigating after they said two people walked into a University City area hospital with gunshot wounds.

Mecklenburg EMS said the people were being treated for life-threatening injuries.

Police are still investigating the shooting, which they said originally took place on Kirk Farm Lane, and what led up to it.

No arrests have been made.
