CHARLOTTE — An Eastover home fetched nearly $4.2 million when it sold in late November, making it the most expensive single-family residential sale in Mecklenburg County last month.
The home sits on a half-acre lot on Colville Road, with five bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms. It was custom built in 2010 but updated in 2014, according to its listing on Realtor.com.
Other properties that made it in the monthly roundup range in price from $2.1 million to $3.73 million. That includes a home sale by veteran NFL quarterback Josh McCown — a one-time Carolina Panthers player who is now with the Houston Texans; his Carmel Park abode sold for north of $3.7 million last month.
