27-year-old woman struck, killed on I-77 in York County, coroner says

YORK COUNTY, S.C. — A 27-year-old woman was struck and killed by a vehicle Saturday morning on Interstate 77 South, the York County coroner said.

Kiera Gaskin was outside her vehicle in Fort Mill when she was hit by oncoming traffic.

The York County Coroner’s Office and South Carolina Highway Patrol will be investigating the crash.
