CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The ABC Commission said it will likely pursue disciplinary actions against uptown Charlotte nightclub Label but it won't suspend its alcohol permits.

It comes after a double-shooting inside the club Saturday.

The commission said it reviewed reports and statements from police.
Its danger to the public and past history wasn't clear enough to justify suspending the club's permits, the commission said.
