CHARLOTTE — Actress and Asheville native Bellamy Young, famous for her role as First Lady Mellie Grant in Scandal, campaigned for Hillary Clinton at a stop in Charlotte on Sunday.
Young encouraged voters to take advantage of one-stop early voting, which begins on Oct. 20 and urged North Carolina voters to check their registration status at iwillvote.com.
Young spoke at the Charlotte Women to Women Phone Bank Kick Off Charlotte Coordinated Campaign Office at 5304 Sunset Road, Suite H.
