CHARLOTTE — All lanes of Interstate 485 Outer Loop near Providence Road were closed Sunday morning due to a crash, according to the North Carolina Department of Transportation.
The closure began at 5:30 a.m. The road is closed for 4 miles after Exit 57 on Providence Road, according to officials.
Channel 9 is working to learn more about the crash and if anyone was hurt.
The closure is expected to last until around 9:30 a.m.
