Atlanta firm buys third Charlotte office tower for $317.5M

CHARLOTTE — An Atlanta firm has purchased another uptown office tower, according to Charlotte Business Journal.

Cousin Properties, a real estate investment company brought 300 South Tryon Street for $317.5 milliion.

This building is the company’s third office tower acquisition in Charlotte.
