None — Bank of America is under fire for alleged discrimination.
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has charged the bank with discriminating against three disabled borrowers in Michigan and Wisconsin.
They said the bank forced them to provide statements from their doctors in order to get loans.
"There is no basis to allege that Bank of America has engaged in a systemic practice of discriminating on the basis of disability in connection with mortgage lending," said Nicole Nastacie, a Bank of America representative.
The bank's corporate headquarters are located in uptown Charlotte.
