MOORESVILLE, N.C. — A rental home project in Mooresville is now one step closer to development.

According to our partners at the Charlotte Observer, the Mooresville Planning Board voted to recommend a builder’s plans for close to 100 homes in the Brentwood community on Black Angus Lane.

The developer adjusted the project after facing a previous hurdle with city officials.

Commissioners will consider a rezoning request Monday.
